110/365: Pulling Myself Up
I know I’m not the only one who’s almost quit the 365 challenge, but … well, last week was rough.
When I got to work yesterday morning, I basically made a committment to myself: it’s time to get my head back in the game. I made a list for myself and knocked it out. I did all the reading for my Arabic class. I even impulsively enrolled in a photography workshop in the Hill Country next week–rural and nighttime photography.
As for the 365, it’s time to get my head back in the game, too. Several people have asked where my photos are, and James would have been the first to say that throwing in the towel after 100 days was stupid. So, here I am, pulling myself up by my bootstraps … er, shoelaces (yes, I’m a Texan and I don’t own boots. Shut up.)
I’m not going to post all of the photos from the last 10 days of lethargy in the 365 groups–they’re on the Web site and in my photostream if you really want to see what I cranked out (just, please, don’t look too closely at the EXIF data, OK?).
